reopening affects pricing

Market update

Everything is still up in price as lack of harvesting takes place do to a lot of farmers not working during the pandemic. This doesn't help as demand rises as more restaurants start to open.

Spanish onions still high due to lack of supply same with red onions. Colossal onions not available till next week.

Avocados very steady no signs of going up. 60ct and 48ct are available and look great.

Tomato market is still fluctuating from the lack of supply coming out of florida. mexico is still harvesting.
Plum tomatoes are a short item not much in the market earlier In the week. still waiting on more shipments.

Cilantro continues to rise in price due to lack of supply coming out of NJ. California is helping keep up but pricey.

Lettuce and romaine staying the same did go a little lower later in the week most likely will be lower going into the next week as Canada competes with California products.
