Snow is finally here!

Prices finally stabling out this week such as lettuces, peppers, tomatoes, and more.

As you can see, all markets are correcting nicely. Cauliflower is
turning around and will be higher as the week goes along.

Lettuce was the correct weight today, and it was beautiful. I
hope this is a sign of things to come.
Not sure who watches the news, but California is in another
shutdown. The majority of  product is in Arizona right now
which goes to our advantage. The pandemic is definitely
affecting business overall as restaurant biz is usually crazy for

Christmas and New Year’s, and we will not see any of that this
year. I fear the worst is yet to come for all of our businesses.
Unless the weather in Yuma changes, I don’t see any shortages
for the next 10 - 14 days, with the exception of cauliflower.
Freight rates are in the $8’s, topping out at $9. This definitely
helps cut a few dollars off per package.

Tomatoes still coming down. noticed a shift in demand for them could see low $20 range next week. as for plums and grape tomatoes they are all below the $20 range also due to lower shipping rates.

cilantro and jalapeno markets are week and will stay below the $30 threshold which is great, the quality looks great.
